Facebook is ever present these days and has now changed the profile pages for organizations, brands and products so that they closely resemble personal profiles. As a result, organizational profiles read as if they were personal pages. This requires a strong brand personality that bristles, curls, interacts and treats friends like real friends. For an organization accustomed to navigating on entirely different terms, it can be a difficult balance to strike. But it cannot go entirely wrong if you practice the seven cardinal virtues and avoid the seven cardinal sins.
